01 / About this notice

ODDBOUT is a community fight club where people create fighters, play matches and browse the roster. This notice covers the ODDBOUT website, creator pages and connected fighter registration and match services.

The service is operated by Lucas Foundation. For privacy questions, contact turbo08@gmail.com.

For the local creation plugin, read the AI Fighter Creator privacy notice (한국어), terms of service and support information.

02 / What we collect and why

Your account

When you choose Google sign-in, our authentication service receives your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile picture. We use this to sign you in, link fighters to their owner and protect account access. ODDBOUT does not receive your Google password.

Your fighter

When you register a fighter, we receive the package you submit: its name, description, artwork, animation files and game configuration. We also store ownership, submission time, file checksums, validation results and moderation status. This lets us validate, display and run your fighter, and investigate broken or abusive submissions.

Matches and requests

Online match services process fighter identifiers, match requests, results and ranking records. Ordinary game settings and local match progress are stored in your browser. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, page views and how people find and use ODDBOUT. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser or device information to produce usage reports. We do not send account emails, sign-in tokens, fighter uploads or account identifiers to Analytics. Our tag keeps only standard campaign tags in page addresses, excludes other query parameters and URL fragments, and reduces referral addresses to website origins. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. How Google uses information from sites that use its services ↗

Technical information

Our hosting and backend providers receive connection information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times to deliver the service, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.

You can browse the main site and play built-in fighters without signing in. An account is needed to register and manage your own fighters.

03 / What becomes public

A registered fighter that is available in the public roster can be viewed and loaded by other players. Its profile, artwork, animations, game configuration and public match or ranking information may be accessible through the site and public download endpoints. Files served to a game can be saved or copied by other people.

Your login email is not displayed on public fighter cards. Anything you put inside a fighter name, description, image or package can become public. Do not upload passwords, private contact details, sensitive personal information or someone else's private images without their permission.

04 / Browser storage and retention

We use browser storage for language, controls, sound, accessibility settings and local game records. Creator sign-in uses tab-scoped session storage for a short-lived access token and temporary sign-in data. Logging out clears the creator session held by the page.

Clearing this site's browser data removes local settings and saved data. It does not delete your server account, registered fighter or match records. Google may use its own cookies during sign-in and for Analytics. You can block Analytics with browser privacy tools or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our tag also respects Global Privacy Control.

We retain account and fighter records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, maintain match history and handle support or moderation. Technical records follow the retention controls of the relevant service provider. Deletion requests are reviewed for any remaining security, legal or record-integrity needs; backup copies may take longer to expire.

Removing content from ODDBOUT cannot recall copies that other people have already downloaded or shared.

05 / Who processes information

Creation tools you choose use your own accounts. Prompts and reference images you give those tools are handled under their providers' policies. ODDBOUT receives the finished files and metadata you submit for registration; it does not need your generation-provider password.

Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Contact us for information about processing locations and any applicable transfer safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or a security incident.

We do not sell your personal information, run behavioral advertising or collect payment details on ODDBOUT.

06 / Your choices and rights

You can play without an account, log out, clear local site data or remove ODDBOUT's connection from your Google Account. Disconnecting Google does not by itself delete data already held by ODDBOUT.

To request access, correction, a copy of your data, removal of a fighter or deletion of your account, email turbo08@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Include the fighter ID or page link where relevant. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Never send us a password or access token.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the club, consent for optional processing, and legal obligations.

07 / Children

ODDBOUT is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the service, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

08 / Updates

We update this notice when our data practices change. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel.
