The service
Lucas Foundation operates AI Fighter Creator and the connected ODDBOUT fighter service. Contact: turbo08@gmail.com. These terms apply to your use of those services from the effective date shown on this page.
The plugin helps you create and revise fighter assets locally, preserve versions, validate packages and register a completed fighter when you request it. It requires compatible software and your own accounts for any external services you choose.
Accounts, access and cost
Use only accounts you are authorized to use. Keep credentials and one-use sign-in links private. Follow the eligibility, age, usage and billing terms of Codex and your generation providers. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully accept the applicable terms; where parental permission is required, obtain it.
The plugin does not supply a paid generation account or sell generation credits. Provider subscriptions, usage charges and availability are separate. Check the provider and usage mode before running a job; a failed, interrupted or uncertain request may still consume usage. Refunds for a provider’s charges are handled under that provider’s terms.
Your content and rights
You retain whatever rights you hold in your inputs and outputs. You must have permission to use submitted text, images, likenesses and other content, and to make registered content publicly available. AI-generated material may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection; the plugin does not guarantee ownership, non-infringement or commercial suitability.
By requesting registration, you authorize Lucas Foundation and its service providers to store, validate, reproduce, convert as needed for compatibility, publicly display, distribute and run the submitted package to operate ODDBOUT, including gameplay, the roster and associated match records. This permission is non-exclusive and limited to operating those features, support and moderation. It does not transfer ownership of your content.
Publicly accessible packages can be copied by others. A source-code license is not a license to another creator’s fighter artwork.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, malware, secrets or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not impersonate others, use private images without authorization, evade access controls, interfere with the service or abuse generation or registration systems. Follow applicable law and the policies of the providers you use.
We may reject, restrict or remove content or access to address abuse, rights complaints, technical incompatibility or security risks. Successful validation is a technical registration result, not an endorsement or legal review of the content.
Review and registration
Inspect the actual previews and make choices at the agreed review boundaries. A schema or file-decoder check cannot establish visual quality, identity consistency, gait correctness or suitability for your purpose. Preserved versions and job history support your review; they do not replace it.
Registration sends an immutable package. Repeating the same submission should reuse its idempotency key; changed bytes require a new key. A registered package is not overwritten in place. Removal requests are handled through support and cannot recall third-party copies.
Availability and limitations
The service and software may contain errors or become unavailable. Generation quality, processing time, provider access, directory approval and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Keep your own backups of content you want to retain.
Open-source components are provided under their respective licenses and applicable warranty terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not promise that the service is suitable for every legal, commercial or production use.
Stopping use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the plugin, uninstall it and request service-account deletion at any time. Local data is stored separately and must be removed separately. See the privacy notice for retention and deletion details.
For content complaints, access disputes or other concerns, contact turbo08@gmail.com with a public link or relevant identifier and a short explanation. Do not include credentials. We will review the issue and may request information needed to verify the claim.
Material changes to published terms will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. The current version and its date will be available on this page.
